Running this blog has been one of the most rewarding things I have done, mostly because of the conversations it has started. I have had readers write in to tell me they finally understood the difference between carpet area and built-up area after reading one of my posts. I have had first-time buyers ask me to double-check a project before they signed on the dotted line. I have even had builders and sales teams reach out after a review, sometimes to thank me for an honest write-up, and sometimes to politely disagree with something I said. All of it has made this blog better, and I welcome every bit of it.

So if something on this site made you curious, confused, excited, or even a little skeptical, do not hesitate to drop me a message. I read everything that comes in, and I try to reply personally rather than sending out a canned response.

There is no strict rulebook here, but to give you an idea, here are some of the common reasons readers get in touch with me:

A Few Honest Notes Before You Write In

I want to be upfront about a couple of things so there are no surprises. First, I am not a real estate agent or broker, so I cannot help you book a unit, negotiate a price, or handle any paperwork. What I can offer is my honest opinion and whatever research I have already done or am willing to do.

Second, because I run this blog largely on my own, replies may occasionally take a little longer during busy weeks, especially when I am out visiting new sites or working on a detailed review. I promise I am not ignoring you, I am probably just knee-deep in floor plans or stuck in traffic on the way to a site visit. I do my best to get back to everyone within a few days.

Third, if you are reaching out about sponsored content, partnerships, or collaborations, please do mention that clearly in your message along with some background about your project or organization. I am open to collaborations, but I only feature projects I am comfortable reviewing honestly, sponsored or not. My readers trust me because I have never let paid promotion get in the way of a fair opinion, and that is not something I am willing to compromise on.
